涡凹气浮机简介

      涡凹型系列气浮机，是由我公司在引进美国技术的基础上改进设计而成的新污水处理设备，其设计公道，操纵利便、运行经济，它是由曝气机产生微气泡,直接从废水中除去固体悬浮物。涡凹曝气机将“微气泡”直接注入污水中而不需要事提高前辈行溶气，然后通过散气叶轮把“微气泡”平均的分布于污水中，所以整个运行过程不会发生梗阻现象，更不需要压力溶气、空压机和轮回泵等设备。未经处理的污水首提高前辈入加药反应区，然后进入曝气区与微气泡充分接触，CAF涡凹气浮机的特点：微气泡在上升的过程中将固体悬浮物浮到水面，刮渣机沿液面运行将悬浮物刮到倾斜45度斜板上，再将其推入污泥排放管槽，通过污泥排放管槽流入污泥收集区。污水净化后在排放前会经由斜板下方的溢流槽，溢流槽用来控制气浮机的水位，确保槽中的液流入污泥排放管道，开放的咽流管道从曝气段沿着气浮槽的底部舒展。
