◆气浮设备产品简介

气浮装置是在一定条件下将大量空气溶于水中,形成溶气水,作为工作介质,通过释放器骤然减压,快速释放,产生大量微细气泡粘附于经过混凝反应后废水中的“矾花”上,使絮体快速上浮,从而迅速地除去水中的污染物质,达到净水的目的。

◆工作原理

溶气系统是整个气浮工艺的关键部分,溶气系统产生微细气泡的质量直接影响气浮效果。本系统采用的溶气设备是溶气筒,在2.5~4kg/cm2的压力环境下,将空气溶于水中。压力水通过释放器后,溶气水被消能释放,水中将释放出多余空气,这样在通过液体时小气泡自然地形成,且气泡非常小,它的直径在约5-20微米。我们现在已改进了溶气方式,溶气筒直径在150毫米至500毫米之间,空气通过进气管进入溶气筒中的特制的空气粉碎装置,与回流水充分混合,溶气筒的压力只要控制在3.8Bar左右即可。再不需要操作人员现场监控,设备可自行平稳运行。

◆设备构造

    ●气浮系统集进水、絮凝、分离、集水、出水于一体,与传统气浮设备类似,设有一个稳流室、溶气释放室,使处理性能更稳定,效果更好。

●稳定室:通过折板反应的原水,流速很高,若直接与溶气水接触,会消散微小气泡,影响气泡沾附絮体效果,从而降低气浮处理效率,若增加了稳流室,使湍流的原水动能消耗,匀速进入溶气水释放室,从而有力了去除效果。

●溶气释放室:溶气释放室与分离室于一个槽体。中间隔开,溶气水与絮凝完毕的原水在此粘附,缓慢上升,进入气浮分离室,了絮体与微小气泡的接触空间与时间,使溶气水的释放率达80-100%。(图/文www.wxwoma.com)
