气浮设备的操作流程:

  1、气浮机的调试:

  a先将气浮池内灌满清水,开启回流泵的进、出水阀及释放阀,关掉射流器的进水和吸气阀。

  b启动回流泵;

  c在溶气罐注水至泵的自身压力上升到0.45——0.65MPa之间,缓慢打开射流器的进水阀,调至罐内压力于0.45——0.5MPa,微开进气阀入微量空气,使罐内压力调至0.35——0.42MPa之间。

  d待溶气系统稳定后,释放器放出大量的气泡,即可准备入水运行,整个过程约须15分钟。

  e正常情况下,每次开机只须按2)、4)两个步骤进行;启动回流泵待溶气系统稳定。

  2、气浮设备操作:

  a先打开清水箱回流泵的进、出水阀,关闭射流器的进水、出水阀和吸气阀。

  b开启回流泵。

  c在溶气罐注水至泵的自身压力到0.45——0.65MPa之间,缓慢打开射流器的进水阀,调至罐内压力于0.45——0.5MPa,微开进气阀入微量空气,使罐内压力调至0.30——0.42MPa之间。

  d开启集水池中的提升泵向气浮机注入废水。

  e在溶药捅中加入适量的混凝剂,用清水溶解后,打开溶药桶阀门,滴入混凝剂,与气浮机反应区中的废水进行混合反应。

  f当气浮机开启一段时间后,气浮机有浮渣浮于水面,当浮渣达到5-10CM厚度时,启动刮渣机将浮渣刮入渣槽。

  3、气浮设备关机:

  a先关闭污水提升泵,停止提升废水。

  b关气浮机的出水阀,但气浮机仍继续运行10-15分钟。

  c刮干净气浮机内的浮渣,关闭回流泵。

  气浮分离技术是指空气与水在一定的压力条件下,使气体极大限度地溶入水中,力求处于饱和状态,然后把所形成的压力溶气水通过减压释放,产生大量的微细气泡,与水中的悬浮絮体充分接触,使水中悬浮絮体粘附在微气泡上,随气泡一起浮到水面,形成浮渣并刮去浮渣,从而净化水质。(图/文www.wxwoma.com)
