高效气浮设备

      工作压力：高效气浮设备的工作压力一般为0.3—0.35MPa。

      加压泵：一般是采用单级离心泵，其吸水管路是气浮池回流出水口与加压泵进水口之间的管路。

      水射器：主要是用来吸入适量的空气到溶气罐中，包括进水阀和进气阀等部件。

      溶气罐：主要是用来溶解空气，从而形成溶气水，一般在溶气罐上有压力表，用来显示压力。而且，它的底部有阀门，可以进行排空操作。

      溶气干管、溶气支管：溶气干管是与溶气罐的出水口相连的，上面有若干溶气管；溶气支管上装有活接头，这样能方便支管进行拆装。

      刮渣机：一般是选用旋转式刮渣机，可以将浮渣刮出，它一般配有减速机，在使用时注意减速机每隔半年要更换一次润滑油。

      出水闸槽：它可以用来调节气浮池水位的高低。

      排空管：功能是对气浮池进行排污操作，或者将池内的水排空。所以，高效气浮装置工作时，阀门应是关闭状态。
