气泡产生方法

产生微气泡的方法，常用的有曝气气浮法和溶气气浮法两种。

气浮

另外还有 电解法为不常用。

电解法

电解法是向污水中通入5~10V的直流电，从而产生微小气泡，但由于电耗大电极板极易结垢，所以主要用于中小规模的工业废水处理。

曝气气浮法

曝气气浮法又称分散空气法，是在气浮池的底部设置微孔扩散板或扩散管，压缩空气从板面或管面以微小气泡形式逸出于水中。也有在池底处安装叶轮，轮轴垂直于水面，而压缩空气通到叶轮下方，借叶轮高速转动时的搅拌作用，将大气泡切割成为小气泡。

溶气气浮法

溶解在水中的气体，在水面气压降低时可以从水中逸出。有两种方法：①使气气浮设备的空间呈为真空状态，处在常压下的水流进池后即释出微气泡，称真空溶气法；②空气加压溶入水中达到饱和，溶气水流减压进入气浮池时即释出微气泡，称加压溶气法。后者较为常用。加压溶气水可以是所处理水的全部或一部分，也可以是气浮池出水的回流水，回流水量占所处理水量的百分比称回流比，是影响气浮效率的重要因素，须由试验确定。加压溶气法的设备有加压泵、溶气罐和空气压缩机等。溶气罐为承压钢筒，内部常设置导流板或放置填料。溶气罐出水通过减压阀或释放器进入气浮设备。
