(4)调节水泵阀门，使得水位保持在1/3—1/2处；调节气浮池排水阀门，使得水位保持在排渣口，然后开始正常运行。

3.注意事项

(1)在使用前，应对电器设备进行彻底检查，检查是否正常。

(2)要随时注意压力溶气罐的压力，不能超过4kgcm2。

(3)单相电水泵不能断水，更不能空载运行，以免损坏单相电水泵。

(4)要保持释放器的清洁，如果释放器被堵塞，则会影响气浮效果。

(5)不能用湿手接触带点开关、插座等，如果需要检查，应由电工进行。

4.维护保养

(1)设备运转应按有关工艺操作规程进行运行，严禁违规操作。

(2)要爱护设备仪器，凡有腐蚀性的化工原料，应避免与电器、金属相接触，以免被腐蚀。

(3)操作运行结束后，应清洗设备仪器，以待再次使用。
