“吞噬”污泥“吐出”天然气

       记者8月15日从河南安阳市环保局获悉，该市通过刮吸泥机环保新技术，不仅解决了城市污泥的二次污染问题，而且实现了城市污泥资源化利用。

　　安阳市引入丹麦刮吸泥机技术，利用高温厌氧发酵工艺对市政污泥进行处理，生产车用生物天然气，发酵后的污泥用来制备有机肥料。据悉，利用新技术，安阳市每年可以把18万吨污泥、粪便等废弃物变废为宝，生产出400万立方米生物天然气，相当于3200多吨汽油的动力燃料。随着工艺的改进与处理技术的完善，日处理污泥可达200吨，可全部解决安阳市区污水处理厂污泥处置问题。
